Even though Dectomax V Injection for Cattle should not be used on calves under 3 months of age, it is safe to use on lactating cows with calves at foot. Please also be aware of the withholding period that advises not to be used in lactating cows or within 60 days of calving, where milk may be used or processed for human consumption. Cows weighing 350kg require a 14mL dose (1mL per 25kg liveweight). To treat 500 head at this weight, you would require 7000mL (7L) of Dectomax V Injection for Cattle.

Triclabendazole (the active ingredient is Fasinex) is combined with other mectin drenches such as Moidectin and Abamectin for a single application.  Hence, as there are no indications on either the Fasinex or Dectomax V label regarding this combination, we can't see why Triclabendazole can't be applied simultaneously with Doramectin & Levamisole (Dectomax V).  The restraints, contraindications and precautions for both drenches must be adhered to.
